The Catholic Newman Community is partially supported by a generous grant from the Archdiocesan Development Appeal, but the greatest part of our support comes from our generous members, alumni, students and friends. Your donations of time, money, and goods are what enable us to provide the numerous services that we do to this community.

Gifts to the University of Rochester
All gifts to the University of Rochester can be designated for use by the Catholic Newman Community. Please make this request when sending your gift to the university. You are able to receive credit by the university and the Newman Community. Gifts remain tax deductible.
Matching Gifts
If your employer participates in a matching gift program, you may have the opportunity to double your contribution to the Catholic Newman Community. For corporate matching gifts or credit card donations, please send the appropriate forms / information together with your donation to the above address.
Weekly/Monthly Support
Join others who make a commitment to see the community grow by sharing part of your normal Sunday offering with this community of faith. With the help of partners in ministry, and of benefactors, the Catholic Newman
Community is committed to:
• Developing stronger programs that enrich the faith and experience
of our students;
• Providing appropriate professional ministry staff;
• Building stronger bridges to non-practicing Catholics;
• Channeling students' energy into a wide variety of volunteer service
opportunities and to
coordinate the parish's mission of peace and justice;
• Establishing endowments for chaplain ministry and faith formation
events; and
• Enhancing the worship space of the Interfaith Chapel for Sunday Mass
and Interfaith
experience.
