About Us
For more than 80 years, the Catholic Newman Community has ministered to the University of Rochester and has strengthened Catholic life for over 7500 students. We are a close-knit family comprising 5 staff members and many student leaders who welcome all individuals interested in balancing faith and reason through a relationship with Christ.
Students enjoy a hospitable and engaging environment where they grow spiritually while enjoying social events, retreats, dinners, and, of course, Mass (to name a few!). Newman is proud to be an active presence for graduate students and undergraduate students on all the campuses of the University! We look forward to meeting you.
